Ugoos AM6B+ w/CE - need to reboot to Android once - do I need to fix CE installation after?

Hello all
I have an Ugoos AM6B+ box with CE (on eMMC), setup the way I like it and which works great. However, I need now to boot to Android once, to check/switch something, and I seem to remember reading a warning in some other thread I cannot locate now. Something that booting into Android and then back to CE will somehow mess the CE install (certain files, remote?) and manual changes/repairs need to be done in order to properly restore it to its previous state.
Can someone kindly point to me what do I need to do after booting back to CE? What files need to be restored/replaced? Will restoring a simple CE backup work without any other fuss? Just one more mention, I use a G20S Pro BT remote paired with the box.
Thanks in advance for any helpful answers!

I have it installed as dual boot and from time to time restart in Android and then back to coreelec.

Never had a problem doing this.

There was a problem a while back with some boxes, not sure AM6B+ was among them, that booting to Android and then back to CE messed up Bluetooth connectivity. I think that was solved.

Just to be sure, I’ve made a CE backup (built-in tool), rebooted to Android, did the switch and booted back to CE. Everything seemed to work normally. Probably I would’ve been fine anyway, but I’ve restored the backup just in case (for ease of mind, I guess)…
Thank you both for your answers, next time I’ll have to boot into Android I won’t worry or bother with backups.

It seems that you already tried it

I have a Question to you.

You wrote that you use a G20S Pro BT remote.
Where die you get config files to make it Work?

I was able to pair the remote with my AM6b+ but it was not working via Bluetooth.

Regards

I don’t have any config file for it, since I have looked on the internet and found none. I have just attached the USB dongle with which it came and it worked (not even sure if it is operating on Bluetooth or IR, to be honest… I can point it almost to any direction and it works).
The only extra thing I had to do, in order to be able to turn the box on by remote, was to use its learning function (very simple and described in the leaflet instructions with which it came).

By using the dongle it should operate via IR.

I connected the dongle but its not working.

Which CE Version do you use?

I don’t recall precisely, but I might have paired it from CE settings (bluetooth), although it was seen as a keyboard…
