Ugoos AM8 Pro - no sound audio passthrough earc

Hi,

I’m struggling with outputting TrueHD and DTS-HD format using this device. The lossy formats work (AC3,E-AC3 and DTS).

Also this problem exists when using ugoos “os” video players + mx player with codecs.

AM8 Pro → LG G3 → Samsung HW-Q950T

My TV and soundbar is capable of DTS-HD MA and TrueHD, when i have my Oppo 203 player the sound works over earc.

Is it only my device or does other users experience the same audio problems?

Yes all customers have same problem
No true hd and dts hd when you put the box in hmdi 4 like example and the sound bar in hdmi earc … you must put the box in sound bar then working but I don’t like this way I hope fixing
