Ok, received my AM9 today. Time to unveil the CE port…….. 
You can even call it an early B-day present (Oct. 25).

AM9 is partial supported since 20250831 nightly.
WiFi is not working yet.
And we found no working VCC/H.266 sample what works with Android by using the hardware decoder. So we could not yet check it on CoreELEC.

I have a few samples already like this one, nothing play at all. Also not on Android.
So please verify samples first before posting!
Thank you for the early B-day gift. Working great. Installed by using the Android app “Reboot to CoreELEC” app, no toothpick needed.
I copied the UR02 remotes IR and Blutooth files to the root of the microSD card, but the remote does not work.
Used the NO nightly for the Ugoos AM9, and doing some testing.
I always check for the VC-1 video codec playback and always disappointed.
I just tested “Band of Brothers” S01E01 around the 8 minute mark to see if the slap on his neck matches the audio, it was in perfect sync. Did a few FF and lip-sync stayed perfectly in sync.
Next, I tested “Any Given Sunday” with that VC-1 codec and it has always given me issues…. With this CE version, or the Amlogic S905X5, it plays perfectly. Again I fast forwarded a few times and the lip-sync stayed is perfect sync…….
I never thought this would happen, Kudos to all of you developers………
To be noted, the default OS Android 14 on this AM9 is the worst that I have ever gotten from Ugoos…..

You did use correct config file? You need to post logs for more help.
IR require minimum CE-22 alpha1 to be working on AM9!
I need to drop some file to sd card right? Because I just used dtb and that’s it.

Got it working,for anyone with am9 ur2 remote,
copy remote.conf to root folder.
Strange, did not work for me and my Ugoos AM9.
IR does not work for me either. Ugoos UR02. Nor does Blutooth.
