No luck
Can I change ugoos baudrate from 921600 to 115200,probably my esp32 cant handle such high baudrate
I have no idea what you try to do.
Working UART adapter are available for less then $2. Without the need to program anything. And they are able to handle such baudrate.
You have a working CE DTB? Without it’s even more hard to do anything.
You can create one by yourself by the commit example above.
I don’t take easy path, probably need to recompile boot image to lower baudrate.
Maybe there is something that needs to be enabled on ugoos side? Like enable uart debug or something.
You will need to tell us!
We can’t as the team have no such hardware.
Ask the vendor to supply us with samples so we can implement and add new hardware to CE.
I got the correct baudrate working, but no logs
But with previous models, did you had to enable some settings in developer options?
The bootloader and CE are separate from Android. There’s no developer options for the bootloader. The kernel cmdline isn’t going to be helpful, other than confirm the baud rate is 921600.
I made 2 videos eng/rus how Ugoos AM9 Amlogic super upscaling affects interlacing, they are on my channel.
So in short words, now because I have Ugoos AM9 with Amlogic super upscaling feature,oled908 motion smoothness algorithm can analyze what’s going on screen much better and I can crank up motion smoothness up to 5 without noticeable artifacts and soap opera effect.Making 23.976 fps movies look smooth and sharp.
Ugoos AM9 storage could be acessed outside of local network, while device in stand-by mode:

and torrents can be managed with transdroid and ttorrent from phone.
I never fought I would deal with this, but here we go,delivery failed, currently the reason is unknown, maybe someone stole my uart adapter.

I think it’s enough for now.
Team CoreELEC will receive samples hopefully soon and we can try to get support than.
Thank you for your contribution.
Locked till support is given.
Some progress after device received.
