Unable to change hostname after install

Howdy,

I have a Le Potato running CoreELEC 9.0.1 and I’m trying to change the hostname. I’ve tried running hostnamectl set-hostname NEW_HOSTNAME and I have tried modifying all of the following files manually:

/etc/hostname
/etc/hosts
/storage/.cache/hostname
/storage/.config/hosts
/run/connman/hosts.conf

Changing some of these results in the hostname changing, but when I reboot the old hostname is back. How do I change the hostname and make it stick?

Have you tried using CE Configuration Addon.??
