USB ISDB-T works on Odroid C2 but not on Odroid N2

I have an USB ISDB-T dongle, Band: Zagg Model: ZGTV002. TV headend recognizes it as DiBcom 8000 ISDB-T #0 : ISDB-T #0. It works perfectly on my Odroid C2, but when I plug it into Odroid N2, I can get to play a TV channel but, it stops working after about 30 seconds, and I hane to reboot the Odroid N2 to get it back to work. Both devices are runnig the latest version of Coreelec and I have tried to use default drivers, latest kernel drivers and TBS drivers. Thanks in advance for the support

I had the exact same problem with my N2/DiBcom Tuner (different model). It’s a known issue with some tuners and you can read more information on the Hardkernel Forum. The problem seems to be only related to the rear USB3 ports and mine worked just fine via the front micro USB.

Hardkernel eventually sent me a new version of their N2 to see if if fixed the issue but it did not. Eventually I went down the HDHomeRun path and never looked back.

Are you saying the AUD $15 Playstation 3 DVB-T Tuner was replaced with a
HD Homerun AUD $300 ?
I’m asking because i know you’re in AUS and that is an expensive fix.

Unfortunately yes. While it was an expensive fix it also got rid of the Playstation Tuner that was taking up space in my small area. It also meant I could place the tuner anywhere on the network that was in reach of a antenna outlet. Yes, I know expensive fix but now I have something that works and is reliable.

BTW - Not quite AUD300 but AUD164.60 for the Duo
