USB TV Tuner not recognized at startup

I have a weird problem with my Mygica T230c dvb-t2 tuner.
It’s not working at startup when first turn on the device (cold boot). It does work if I unplug/replug or if I reboot.
It’s connected to usb 3 port of my mecool km9 (s905x2) running Coreelec.

DVB addons installed?

I installed TVheadend server using Kodi and it’s working (unpess I cold-boot). Is there a separate dvb addon?

Read forum.
You need to try like DVB drivers for TBS addon from CE repo.
