VNC Resolution Issue

Hi all,

CE 9.0.1 & TX92 (S912).

Since upgrading from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 I have an issue with the resolution of VNC if the TV does not happen to be ON with the TX92 boots. This is what I get:

I have a /storage/.kodi/userdata/disp_cap file as follows:

480p60hz
576p50hz
720p60hz
1080i60hz
1080p60hz
720p50hz
1080i50hz
1080p30hz
1080p50hz
1080p25hz
1080p24hz
2160p30hz
2160p25hz
2160p24hz
smpte24hz
smpte25hz
smpte30hz
smpte50hz
smpte60hz
smpte50hz420
smpte60hz420
2160p50hz
2160p60hz
2160p50hz420
2160p60hz420

If I delete the file disp_cap and reboot with the TV OFF VNC is just a black screen.

Any thoughts appreciated.

TIA

Greg

Just noticed the TV also looks like crap if my box is booted with the TV OFF. Restarting Kodi does not fix the TV nor VNC I have to reboot the box with the TV ON and then all is good.

BTW - a screenshot of the crap TV screen produces a perfect picture.

Ideas?

TIA

Greg

No ideas anyone?
