Which build for Mxq Pro 4k Android5.1?

What is latest CE supported on that box? MXQ Pro 4k, stock firmware is Android 5.1. It’s oldest hardware variant, more recent versionwas on Android 7, but mine is 5.1

Which CE build should I try? CPU is S905, but I’m not sure exact model. As far as I remember, CE 9 was supported.

CE 9.2.8 should be the last CE for the box (if the CPU is S905).
If you want to try latest Kodi see if the latest LE (mainline kernel) works for you - I tried with an S905x box and things aren’t at the same level of experience you get with an even old CE version.
