White artifacts with S905X4 video decoder

On Nokia 8010 (S905-X4 with DV license) I’m seeing the same thing.
It shows as “interlacing: hardware” and cannot be changed in the video settings (greyed out) where it says “deinterlacing mode: off”.

This is on ng-21.1 nightly.
