I don’t have anything to test 2.1 natively (I have never seen audio coded that way). It’s odd that 5.1 and 7.1 audio input is not activating the sub (x.1) in Kodi 2.1 mode but is working ok in Kodi 3.1 mode.
I have also never seen 3.1 input format, but it’s working for 5.1 and 7.1 input (mapping) ok.
So, maybe make it the same as NG? The Kodi audio settings seem to be ok as they stand.
@schwidi
It seems that this problem can be solved by adding the following line to the /flash/config.ini file:
coreelec='usbcore.autosuspend=-1'
Since I added it, USB2 has not disappeared after restarting even once. I have restarted it probably a dozen times, so I hope it is not a coincidence.
@Portisch, @vpeter
Perhaps this option could be built into the dtb image for Ugoos AM8 (Pro) devices so that other users do not encounter this problem?
Videos with the iso extension are not playing.I noticed today.
It was playing before.
Note: Device SK1 Android 14 firmware 2.0.4
The same video with the iso extension works on the X96 M300 device with CoreELEC installed.
hi, i’m adressing 2 problems with ugoos sk1
after flashing back to android 11 - the emmc single boot setup went through without problems
i’m using latest ce-no (20251204)
wol isn’t working (haven’t tried other builds tbh)
i’m using an autostart.sh script for disabling the player leds - this works if i shutdown the device, but not when i’m coming back from hibernate. maybe one of you guys has a solution for that?
thanks in advance
interesting behaviour - if i restart via ssh (reboot now) - the script autostart.sh works, but restart from the gui doesnt work…
where can i find the logs for WoL?
Does trailer playback feature work for all of you? I’m using the AH2 skin, and when I try to play a trailer I get a black screen, but the sound plays normally. In version 21.1 this option works correctly.
Does anyone else with a TOX3 s905x4 get a green screen after restarting the device? This forces you to unplug and plug the power cable back in to fix it? This didn’t happen with the old CE21 kernel. The device is connected to a Samsung Q990C Soundbar; I don’t know if that’s related.
I’ve been having this problem for months; it used to happen when I switched HDMI ports on the TV, or when it resumed from sleep mode. Nowadays, it only happens when I restart Tox3. I’m using version 20251205.
