Hello.
On my Minix Neo U8K Ultra with an ASUS USB-BT500 Dongle RTL8761BU Chip I canāt get the keyboard of the A3 Remote working.
In CoreElec (Bluetooth Section) i can see the A3 as Bluetooth Remote, but the keyboard is not working.
Some Help, or do I miss some Settings to get the keyboard working?
What TV do you have? I can confirm True-HD passthru is working with my AM8 and LGC1.
Sony bravia XR
True-HD passthru good with android
But coreelec no sound
your tv wonāt play truehd
You need to transcode it like android does or connect earc to amplifier or soundbar with truehd supportā¦
There are prohibited addons in your setup!

Although he probably needs a better Ɣudio setup you are wrong :
All LGās 2017 OLED TVs come with Dolby AC-4 decoding, which means that compatible LG TVs will be able to handle object-based next generation audio for immersive three-dimensional audio. And LGās 2017 premium TVs are already Dolby Visionā¢ compatible, enabling owners to enjoy more than 100 studio titles of on-demand streaming services with Dolby Vision support.
The latest update also includes Codec MAT (Metadata-enhanced Audio Transmission) support to enable Dolby TrueHD audio bitstreaming on compatible 2017 LG OLED TVs.
I have the X96 X10 4GB and in system info CoreELEC returns:-
Display supported HDR types: HDR10, HLG, HDR10+, Dolby Vision
But I canāt get any Dolby Vision files to play. Iāve tried a couple of the posted dovi.ko files and they all allow my Tv to switch into Dolby Vison mode but the playback just shows a blue screen.
Iām hoping Iām just missing the correct dovi.ko file, Iāve poked around the android file system but canāt seem to find it. Do you know where to find it or have a copy you could upload for me to test with.
Thanks
Heās replying to a guy with a Sony TV
There is no dovi.ko file needed to add
Use latest nightly. NE 5.4.210 kernel for Dolby Vision Playback Supported
Yep, thatās what I am using.
Try the one from here.
Thanks, Iāve already tried that one. With that one when I playback a DV file my TV correctly switches into DV mode but I just get a solid blue screen.
Check HDMI cable esp if you are using the factory included one
Thanks for the suggestion but itās not the cable, the box is a drop-in replacement for a S905X4 box thatās plays DV files using the same cable perfectly.
I think I must just be unlucky and have one that isnāt the DV version of the S928X.
Be sure to activate the Dolby compatible mode in player settings. FEL is not supported and end up in black screen.
Have you seen the log ?
I think by Default compatible mode is enabled.
Also could try Player LED
As TV LED is Default setting
Thanks, I only get the setting related to Dolby Vision if I put a dovi.ko file in the storage directory but that just results in a blue screen on playback, the TV does switch into Dolby Vision mode though. If I remove the dovi.ko file then all of the Dolby Vision related options disappear from Kodiās settings.
I took a big chance on the box because it was on offer cheap on Amazon, Iāll just return it.
Thanks for everyoneās help
