Black Screen with 8.95.4

I moved everybody that was having problems with the 8.95.4.1 release to a new topic, to be able to better help people still having issues without the clutter of the old problem.

Black Screen with 8.95.4.1 and 4k TVs

So it seems that in fixing the previous black screen problem we have introduced a new black screen problem for users with 4k TVs. Like the blackscreen issue on 8.95.4 this is an issue with the information provided by the TV to your device, and how CE uses that information. So when CE receives incorrect information about your TVs capabilities, it gets confused and thinks the display mode requested by kodi is not possible, even when it is.
