Broken Internet connectivity after boot (20.0-Nexus)

Hi,
My Odroid N2 has a simple network setup: Ethernet cable to the router + a wireguard connection to a remote server, through which the overall traffic goes.

Since updating to 20.0-Nexus, i have been able to connect to the box, controlling Kodi using the Kore remote, for instance, but trying to pull data from the Internet fails (add-ons which read from remote servers, for instance). This happens even after turning the wireguard VPN tunnel off.

What fixes it is disconnecting and reconnecting the Ethernet connection using connmanctl or the CoreElec menu in the settings. This, of course, means that i need to keep a keyboard connected, otherwise as soon as the Ethernet connection goes down, there is no network-enabled way to bring it back up.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Did you try nightly?

No. I try to stick to stable as this is not a test box but a family one.
Do you recommend trying the latest nightly?
