Build error version 9.0.3

Could someone fix this error in CoreELEC version 9.0.3

Before anyone asks this version and the best one for satellite live tv in my country, I would like to do this construction to update the kodi version to 18.9.
I am using the previous version of CoreELEC 9.0.2 I only updated the kodi to version 18.9 and 2 or 3 addons that I use frequently.

I tried the latest version with kernel 4.9 in my KI Pro, but I have features in the GUI, and slowness, problems in some satellite channels. I will investigate in time and bring more details.

The log tells you the download for RTL8821CU is not found: error 404.
You need to update the package.

Did you try latest Amlogic image? I guess you box is a S905D and when Amlogic-ng is not working try the Amlogic images.

Can I do it manually?
Can I target friend.
My knowledge is basic.

About the latest version I have problem with cec.
At first I need this image 100% functional, to investigate the problems.

How to configure used libCEC version

As CEC is implemented different on each hardware (TV brand/type) it may is needed to switch the used libCEC version to get a stable CEC handling for your CoreELEC device. Maybe a older libCEC version is working better with older TVs or vice versa.
