CoreELEC 19.1-Matrix_rc3 (April 26th, 2021)
CoreELEC 19.1-Matrix_rc3 is now available. It was a rather short development cycle this time around, which saw the CoreELEC developers focusing on fixing the most common issues reported with the 19.1-Matrix_rc2 release.
INFO: Release is currently on hold and update paused!
If the system request a update to rc3 do not update!!
Remove the rc3 by SSH:
cd .update
rm -rf *
sync
Or just by enter the CE samba shared folder Update and remove any file in there.

- Kodi: add option to disable DTS-HD Core fallback
