Hate to bang on about this but have you figured out what’s causing it? Do you need anymore logs?
I tried 9.0.3 on my U9-H and I could not re-produce the issue on 2 TV’s I tested.
I think your issue may differ to the people with the N2.
I don’t know how this issue can be related to us as you say nothing changed in your setup and it just stopped working one day so I think maybe your U9-H has gone faulty.
Seems to be fixed now. I rebooted to the android tv rom i have on it to see if it worked there and it did then when i booted back to coreelec it worked. Don’t know why i didnt try this earlier >.<

My issue with my N2 on a clean build is still there 
Same here with a new N2 and CE 9.2. C2 was fine.

I have just done a clean build of 9.2.0 and my N2 still does not work and CEC Fails.
My Issue Solved - CEC not working
