working on it, but no ETA, many changes need to be adapted to the Addon version, and unfortunately I have very limited free time
Trying new version.
Installtointernal stuck at “Writing device tree image…”
Sorry fine now
no problem : just curious – Take all the time you need, so it will become good
hello my dear very happy with your work, I am new here, I would like to know if a translation into Portuguese of Brazil is near.
can you tell me the way to this binary use sd card on s905 thank you.
Your work is really good, a shame I can not do the download, because I am in Brazil and I can not account baidu, would be amazing if you can another way to share, thank you.
For the add-on, no
I see, there is an emulationstaion binary for testing, I try to change, for testing but I don’t have permission in the root directory you can tell me how I change it.
Sorry English I am from Brazil and I use Translator it may seem confusing, I use a box s905 it seems to me how little I understand that this is so emulationstation from batocera to Emuelec and there possibility of languages like portuguese brazil.
This is only for the add-on version, no batocera, you need the stand-alone distro but for that for that version support is only available in Discord (as to not confuse everyone) : https://discord.gg/QqGYBzG
Hello. I need help.
after uploading the coreelec add-on I have the message: we can’t any systems! check that your paths are correct in the systems configuration file and your game directory has at least one game with the correct extension. or insert a usb with your roms and the / roms / sx05reroms file and restart.
in coreelec I don’t have a ROMS folder and I can’t create it from a computer.
what should I do? I can’t create the ROMs folder in Coreelec memory
Create “roms” folder in storage partition with Kodi File Manager. This folder should be created with this addon installation, don’t know what went wrong for you.
Also there should be at least one game in one of the roms or you’ll get that message even when
“roms” folder exists, but it’s empty. That’s how it is on my N2…
Untick “Use Emulation Station” (or similar) in add-on options.
I have a folder in storage / rom but it is visible only from kodi.
On a Macbook, the rom folder is not visible. I thought that connecting through SSH would have easy access to the folder so I could easily upload games.
I don’t have the option to uncheck “Use Emulation Station” in the add-on; /
Thank you for the answers, I look forward to further instructions
“Run Emulationstation instead of Retroarch” Select “No”.
@Bob808 This is not the correct way to fix this issue, this will only load Retroarch and not Emulationstation, @m8kbv to fix this issue you need to use WINSCP (or something similar) to connect to your CE device and send ROMS to the appropriate folder, which is /storage/roms, unfortunately CE does not have a share for that folder so you can’t use Samba (yet, I am trying to figure a way for this)
I have my games collection on an USB stick and simply copy them with Kodi File Manager to appropriate roms.
I know, but that’s how I fixed it because nothing was working.
What are the advantages of Emulationstation vs Retroarch?
For now I have made folders with roms in the storage / downloads folder (to which I have convenient access via samba) and I load the files manually from this location.
I don’t want to load some games (many roms from psp, some from psx) but it’s great to play: D
Hallo,
i will get my N2 in a few days. I want to know if Emuelec is a fully working coreelec 9.2 with retroarch and emulation station on top? Or are there some problems with KODI?
Can i us the BL301 inject feature in Emuelec?
Thanks
