This sounds really cool, once this is installed can you access the app selection through the UI? Or is this all done through SSH?

When trying to install entware:
CoreELEC (official): 9.2.2 (Amlogic-ng.arm)
CoreELEC:~ # installentware
Connecting to bin.entware.net (104.27.176.50:80)

saving to ‘/opt/bin/opkg’
opkg 1% | | 2207 - stalled -^C
…
And this “stalled” error appears 5-6 times during installation.
Or the download freezes without messages on any file:

You have bad Internet connection. Just tried myself and it installs it very fast.

Yes indeed! 3 times I tried to install entware in the evening - there were constant problems. Today I tried to install in the morning - everything worked out. Thanks for the help.

Went perfect for me yesterday with the new image. .9.2.5 ng-arm.
I love Coreelec and Entware together.
I just added wireguard vpn network though tailscale - easy setup with entware.
Now I have a small kodi player to bring with me every where, and it can connect to my home network and I can use it like I’m home.
Tailscale is the easy way to do VPN and you can even share a machine with another network (friend).
