With the setting turned off TV does not match the content frame rate, but the box changes the frame rate of the content to match the TV by doing some kind of interpolation. Some people can see judder or other artifacts with this setting turned off. I don’t see any problem. So, I keep this setting off.

Lots of back/forth and not sure I understand what was done in the end to fix the issue.
I bought all new HDMI cables last summer, all certified and current version so that shouldn’t be the issue.
Issue just started now, which is strange given the update was what, 2yrs ago when I first bought this thing and set it up.
Is there a How-To for what to do that omits all the tests done?
