Check with top what is cpu usage.
@Portisch
Thats happen here too with all 720*404 files. Homatics atv12, android kernel 5.4.242.
CE ne nightly.
Have you ever contacted the support? maybe they send a newer firmware if it is asked for?
Just says that the main kodi executable is at the top but the kodi.log suggests nothing is happening.
Yes I have . But they don’t know what I want. They Always talking about Dune HD media center app and how to update it when I ask for latest android firmware…
This looks like the same issue myself and @bossanova808 reported in the Amlogic-no thread:- Amlogic-no Discussion - #78 by roidy
In my case it happened on h264 1080p content and checking the media none of them have any missing pixels at the bottom, they are all exactly the resolution they should be, 1920x1080
We know the issue. Please try again with Amlogic-ne if it’s same issue.
Am away still, but I can say with amlogic -ng on N2/N2+ the same files definitely play without any distortions. (I don’t have any -ne install as I believe that’s not for the N2s, right?)
omg! If I knew it sooner then I would have bought the original Homatics box…

StreamView Support Team,
Hi guys,
should I turn on 4:4:4 passthrough on my LG G3 TV when playing DV content ?
Thanks for your reply.
If you think so, then yes, but for Dolby Vision, there are 2 modes, TV-led, in which case the output signal is 8bit RGB, and Source-led, in which case it is 12bit 444/422, at fps dependent. The default setting in CE is TV-led.
Use 4:2:2
/ 12 Bit
and turn Player Led
on.
Why are you telling people bullshit? TV led is the more accurate mode if TV is capable….
Do some research.
Right now when I play DV content, it plays at 12bit RGB according to CE.
There’s nothing wrong with it, just use it.
I encourage you to…TV led is always better if the Tv is capable. I’ll have my Panasonic Oled do the DV decoding over a $150 box thanks. The box can send the DV encapsulated for my TV to decode. No player unless it’s very high end, will tone map as well as a high end TV.
Hi what’ is the best DV profile to use?
It doesn’t really matter, if you have FEL bluray remuxes it’ll never show them properly.
