I ran the commands to get this data stored on the emmc and I believe it is working. How can I verify that it is indeed working? Thanks.
Last time I checked the condition for showing the reboot to eMMC menu was not working on amlogic-no with Android 12.
Either update your Android version to v14, switch to amlogic-no or amlogic-ne, or apply this workaround:
Anybody tried cloning the CE usb drive to a smaller size USB?
I have 2 drives, which both should be 16GB, but one of them is a couple of bytes smaller (or more than a couple bytes, I didn’t check the exact values). So if I try to make an image of the drive and then write it to the smaller USB, there’s not enough space. I guess I should use an OS where both CE partitions can be mounted (and the contents read successfully), to copy the contents then? Linux?
Maybe this could even be achieved with my CE device with having both usb inserted? Or trying this might lead to a disaster because of a boot partition or something? 
if you rolled back android 14 to android 12 , installing zip will never work , mount usb it self will fail you need to flash boot release image and flash it via amlogic burning tool
I’ve got the Homatics Box for a while now and booted into Coreelec, but I have no way to turn the box back on if I shut it down via the power menu. I leave it on day and night now.
Is there an actual solution for this or can we only put the box in stand-by, once it’s booted into Android TV?
Need solder one IR receiver to the mainboard, then you can on/off the CoreElec.

Quick one instead - ce-ng currently installed, is there a way to disable the device LED light?
There’s an addon for controlling the LEDs. I guess it’s called something like Homatics LED, but I didn’t check now, you should be able to find it by searching with “LED” keyword in addons. It can make the “knight rider” red light by using all the leds, maybe there’s also an option to disable the LEDs.
Could someone follow up on how to disable led’s? I tried adding just 0’s with no luck. Thanks.
open the box and disconnect the cable, very easy takes few seconds.

I could, using the Homatics LED plugin. Can’t say out of my head what I used in the plugin.
Edit: what is written below me, but I had to change to HEX to get 000000 working for off
Open My addons - Program addons - Homatics leds - Effect or solid = solid , and on 3 row’s Solid color On, Solid color Off, Solid color Suspend You put 000000

Does anyone other than me have issues with external hard drives in NG? I tried the latest NE build and it solved the problem for me of videos locking up and then stopping after a period of time between 5-30 minutes.
Is the use of NG, NE or NO now encouraged on the Nokia 8010?
Last thing I knew was NO didn’t have Dolby Vision implemented?
DV is works in CE-NO now. DV FEL only works in CE-NG.
Hi,
I have the Homatics Box R 4K Plus rev D with ATV 12, installed CE-NG 21.2 on USB flashdrive and try to play a DV FEL movie.
Everything seems to be fine, dovi.ko is loaded, test files are played correctly, BUT the movie crashes everytime I play it 
The movies is Power Rangers 2017, a lossless rip from Bluray disk in .m2ts container, about 56GB. Which plays fine on Sony X800M2. The issues come when I try to scroll the movie. It starts playing at weird speeds, skips frames and in the end the whole system freezes and I cannot do anything unless I disconnect the USB HDD where the movie is.
Please help. I didn’t find anybody online reporting similar issues as me
