Mine still seems to just randomly lock up (nothing being echoed in the log either) so is there a simple way to just reset it all without recreating the USB from scratch or is that the only real proper way to do it?
No, just ordered that one and that worked. But CE must be placed in first slot with that HUB.

I will say that downgrading to 20 seems to have solved my laggy/locking up issue. At least it hasn’t happened since then, although I maybe also haven’t watched as much at a time.
I got a cheap UGreen 4-port USB 3.0 hub (three vertical ports and one front facing port, optional power input) and it seems to work fine without any adjustment. Put flash in the first port closest to cable (didn’t even try any others) and the FLIRC in the front port, and I’m back in business.
Better than buying a whole new box for a busted USB port!

Hi all! I am currently using one of the early S905X players and am considering to buy the Dune HD version of the box due to the DV support. I read about the mod about the suspend mode but I normally like to power off my devices after use. Would the box boot again from usb on power on or do I need to use the toothpick method all the time? Also, is anyone able to confirm if DV works with an old LG C8? Thanks in advance.
What is DB support? The box will boot from usb as long as its plugged on boot.
Maybe he means BD ISO support when using the Dune original software?
Otherwise the only difference I’m aware of is an IR port.

Apologies, that was the phone auto correction. It is indeed DV as per Dolby Vision. Good to know that it will always boot from usb once set up. I hope it will work with my LG C8 though.
I had a question about DV that isn’t necessarily specific to this box but if the MKV being played it being converted to profile 8.1 does that mean that we’re actually seeing it correctly on the TV? I can’t say that on my LG C8 tv that DV looks any different/better than the standard HDR even though the TV clearly shows that it’s playing DV.
This depends on your specific picture settings; which mode is used for HDR and which for DV and their respective settings.

Has anyone else noticed audio sync issues? I’m running CE21 with the latest nightlies and have noticed audio sync issues for the last couple months.
