No, we were never able to get the vfd to work on that box.

The .dtb modification required.

It’s not a DTB problem. There is no way to determine which pins the vfd controller uses.

There is X96 Max_Plus 2 (S905X3), sm 1_s905x3_4g_1gbit.dtb, x96-x-1gbit-vfd.conf, does not work all the functions of the icons display. What you can advise.

Install the OpenVFD addon.
