@lbernstone isn’t this the same device ID you have “024C:B723” and BT works for you?

Yes. X96S. Just tested, it works. Plays games in EmuELEC with no lag.
@kodiwpigulce_pl : What makes you think bluetooth is not working? No device listed, or unable to pair with your device?

It could be one of those bad devices that require a lower sdio clock speed, I have seen this with other devices with Realtek chips.

@kodiwpigulce_pl try the following.

mount -o remount,rw /flash
fdtput -tx /flash/dtb.img /sdio@ffe03000/sdio/ f_max 0xa21fe80
reboot

@avin can you elaborate a little more, do you have no BT adaptor showing at all?

Hi boss, I have bt adpater showing, I can “pair” and “trust and connect” to a bt mouse (Logitecl Vertical, works fine using PC or laptop), but no matter which option I try, I will get either “bluetooth error, authorization canceled” or “bluetooth error already in progress”, then CE shows the mouse “connected”, but no mouse pointer displayed on screen.
Tried also bt keyboard, which connects just fine under box’s Android 9, CE askes entering keycode on keyboard, but then shows no reply. Then it also shows “connected” but I can not use the keyboard.

Btw, the box has one USB3 and one USB2, I connected HDD to USB3 as NAS, works like charming, USB keyboard and mouse connected to USB2 also works. Only the bluetooth not working.

@avin it will be fixed in tomorrows nightly

Thank you! I have the same issue with ps3 controllers, I will give some feedback too.

Stil not working

The problem is I don’t have this device with me I’m trying to help for one of our forum user.

@kodiwpigulce_pl which device is this?

It is TX3 MAX

So it’s an S905W… makes sense now, older builds was using a different firmware, it will be fixed in tomorrows build.

Thank you!

K1-PLUS S905

@kodiwpigulce_pl sorry I can’t help any more by proxy then, you will have to get the user to get in touch so I can give him some further help.

@lbernstone are you able to confirm that the latest nightly is still okay for your device with the RTL8723BS chipset?

Hell yeah! I confirm nightly 0330 makes bt mouse and keyboard on X96 MAX PLUS (S905X3) working! Switched off and on, auto connection no issue! You rock bossman!

I believe CE on X96 MAX PLUS is now working perfectly!
4K UI and framerate switch…OK!
4K HDR 10 playback…OK!
S/PDIF out…OK!
Gigabyte Ethernet…OK! (Tested with ftp transmission, 105Mb/s steady)
Wifi ac …OK!(Note I only test it connected as I use wired for NAS purpose)
USB2 and USB3…OK! (Tested with keyboards and HDD)
IR remote…OK! (Copying from X96 air profile, using amremote, more responsively)
Bluetooth…OK!(Starts from nightly 0330)
