Minix U1 supplied remote stopped working in 8.95.5

Hi,

The remote that comes with the Minix U1 stopped working with 8.95.5.
If I revert to the previous version it starts working again.

I tried the command to read the remote codes coming in, and it is seeing them (in 8.95.5).
Any ideas?
