Nope, it’s still very much under development. However, from all the testing, it seems that that the UGOOS is more accurate than the OPPO and Sony x800mk2 when it works.
Recommend 20.5-ng nightly vs 21. More stable DV playback.
It seems as if the FEL issues have largely been resolved if you want to test it out.

For some versions now (since 20.x), I’ve had the issue where my video and music libraries go missing if I reboot the box. Rebooting the box again will not help, only restarting Kodi while running rediscovers the library. I can also make Kodi crash if the library is missing, I go to the video source and try to launch some movie. After the crash, Kodi restarts and the library is back.
I’m not 100% sure if this has something to do with my NAS hard drives waking up when they are accessed, but the database connections mentioned in these logs attempts to connect to my PC and not the NAS. I’m also wondering why it’s trying to access so many versions of the DB.
Any ideas what to start looking at? This is a bit cumbersome because it happens every time I update to a new build.

Just installed nightly 20240522 on an Ugoos AM6B+, and when selecting information provider for one of my media sources I notice the the “Get more…” button is missing (it’s present and correct on my 21 stable box). I have a long history of using The TVDB and went to install via “Get more…” as usual but the button isn’t there.
interesting, what might the explanation be? I downloaded the nightly just a few hours ago.
not sure what to do next. This was a clean install, using the build from the main nightly page, accessed a few hours ago.
If there’s no get more there’s not Internet connection…

thanks for the tip, that gave me a lead. The Ugoos I set up today was the second in a few weeks, this one had a slightly glitchy network setup with finding my MariaDB database on the NAS, but got there in the end and I was able to play content over my LAN. But clearly the wired connection to my main switch was a bit flaky as I then lost the library on a reboot. I restarted the wired connection and all seems good now. Perhaps the physical connection was not quite right.
