Nightly builds (NEW)

Did you try booting normally and not with petitboot?

The EMMC install boots from normal setting. Switch set to EMMC not spi.

When i tried from Sdcard. IT was with the switch set to spi and through petitboot

Try completely removing anything you are not booting from, ie if you are running off emmc physically remove sd or attached usbs.

In that case then this is just a non-issue as nothing has changed in tonights nightly that would remedy what you was experiencing a couple of days ago.

Thanks for youre help. If it happends again, i Will Try to replicate the problem with diagnostic log turned on.

Has anybody an idea where I can download older nightly’s? So I can revert to a working one till this is fixed. Thanks!

Does your bluetooth issue still happen with the latest nightly build?

There was a bug that caused an issue with the settings addon recently. It is now fixed in the newer nightly builds.

Already reported on version 9.0.1 but this bug is always on the latest nightly and 9.2.1 version. Last version working well is the 8.95.5. I not check/test all versions.

No one seem have this issue but when I play a movie from a samba share (samba server 4.9.5 or 4.2.14) it take some “long” seconds before starting. On 8.95.5 version of CoreElec the same file/same samba share start instant without any delay. This time tested on the same Potato/TV on the same movie file.

Someone have an idea ?
No problem with music or stream.

8.95.5.txt (49.9 KB)
Nightly20200411.txt (67.1 KB)

thanks! this worked!

Yes it is.
I just updated to 9.2.2, and the problem is still there => “Bluetooth is disabled”
Reverted to nightly 20200331 => “No adapter found”
Reverted to nightly 20200330 => All working fine!

Your issue is on the vim3l, correct? I’ll dig mine out and see if I can recreate the issue here.

Changing from a 1080i DVB-S channel to 4k and back changes the color map

Any ideas?

Yep, VIM3L. Thanks for looking into this!

@GunterO SSH to your device and type hcitool scan

My nightly just has been updated and it seems I am on 9.2.2 official stable now. Will it remain on stable channel now? I actually want to stay on stable builds.

Between those two logins, I upgraded from nightly 20200330 to 9.2.2

@GunterO refer to the wifi/bt thread that you have posted in, please try to keep issues in a single thread and not spread out over 3.

@adamg I’m sorry, but in this thread I’m talking about the VIM3L. In the other thread, it’s about the X96Air P2.
I couldn’t post about the VIM3L in the other thread, because it was for “Looking for users with no working wifi of BT”, and that was not entirely the case with the VIM3L.

HELP!

After update to last nightly my X96air dont boot up!
