yes - it wont do any harm. On import choose the folder that contains the xml file and hit ok
Once you get the net, u can rerun AB for all videos,
We can also try to export from Mac again with overwrite files set to yes and separate and see if nfo files and extra artwork appears on HDD, If that works problem solved. If it does not, I can get you to post the kodi log and see if I can find the reason why it is not working,
Strange, because when I connected N2 before, I imported sources and had it scrape, but it could only scrape locally as there’s no net connect, and it seemed to get everything I have on Mac. That’s because I used Artwork Organizer to download all the art that was scraped to movie folders.
Just select the folder for the xml (could be the root folder of the flash drive - you dont see the xml file on the import library command - just select the folder it is in and then press ok
When I exported to desktop, folder was created - kodi_videodb_2020-02-27. I’ve created folder with same name and am putting xml in it to see if folder shows up.
ok - when you import just navigate to that folder and press ok, the folder will be empty if you did not bring across the movies, actors, tvshows etc folders
that should get the posters and fanart only I think Not sure. If you copy across the addons folder from Mac to the N2 and then restart Kodi on N2, you may be able to rerun Artwork Beef (even though there is no internet and it might pickup all the extra artwork if it is on the hdd).
Can u try exporting library from Mac again, this time with it set to separate instead of single file and make sure export thumbnails and fanart is yes and overwrite files is yes.
See if that creates nfo files and extra artwork on HDD
