Putty Installtointernal not working

Ok I’m lost.
I’ve created my disk, programmed everything & just need to save to the device.
I open putty, login to root, Coreelec password, installtointernal…and i get some notice about cemmc. I can’t find any useful info about that or what the commands are. What exactly do I do at this point to get everything saved to the device?
