If You want to modify decompiled dtb with sm1_s905x3_avl6762_serial.dts file I sent before then it will not work. The only change there was the value of tuner0_xtal to from 0 to 1 so just change that.
which dts You are using to boot CE on K5 ? if You use custom one send me it.

I tried DTB. It booted first, and I installed the AML DVB addon. I installed TVHeaden. Then I got a dmesg. The DVB firmware wasn’t loaded. Therefore, TVHeaden didn’t find any devices or TV adapters. When I rebooted, the device didn’t turn on. I suspect it’s causing a hardware conflict. I restored the sm1_s905x3 DTB, and it turned on. The tuner is a Rafeal Micro R848. I’m sending the picture.

DVB-S2 and DVB-C testing is now available.

DVB-2 was not found in the TVheadend adapter section, and a scan no data error was given when searching for DVB-C.
I missed that the tuner is R848. I do not see driver for that in current CE build. What tuner is in K1 Pro ?
Try this, it should detect DVB-S but probably will not tune to any channel correctly:
