Mecool KI Pro not booting from SD with correct dtb.img, fake?!

I don’t get any output from the UART. Could somebody tell me what could be the reason? The same adapter is working on another box. [P90730-111006] Do I have to solder anything else?

Some time ago I built an ATV12 for ddr3/ddr4 p230 devices, but didn’t test it. CE should work with it. HQ photos of the RAM chips would help…
