In my tvheadend,able to store channels in m3u files format. While I try to stream the channel with VLC player. It doesn’t stream the channel. Please, suggest to me what is the root cause of this issue and how to resolve it?

Does it play in Kodi?
How did you extract the list? You need a user without password to be able to use it directly. Otherwise there are other steps you need to take and that’s a issue for tvheadend forum. Or maybe some other user can help you here
I did not understand anything you wrote. If what you want is to play the TV channels managed by the tvheadend service, you can load the m3u playlist from
http://<tvh_user>:<tvh_pass>@<tvh_ip>:9981/playlist
and run it with VLC.

yes…playing in kodi
Then in VLC open debug messages under tools to see what is going on.
