“wait-for-dispcap” systemd service

Hi,
I don’t know if this is the good place, please move if needed.

Is the “wait-for-dispcap” systemd service still in CE 19.4? I can’t find it with

CoreELEC:~ # systemctl list-units |  grep dispcap

As Ray said here this service was in 9.2.4.2
I want to use it to fix an issue (not solved), see here
Is there a way to install it if not present?

I think it is just part of kodi service.

Sorry for my ignorance;

  • Does it run by itself by default?
  • Should I active it?
  • Should I install it?
    Could you please tell how to set it up. Thanks

It runs automatically before kodi is started.
