I’m thinking in buying the x96 max plus box to install CoreELEC.
Currently I have a rpi 3b with LibreELEC, which run pretty ok, but don’t play x265 format and also have only 1gb of RAM.
Considering I wanna play x265 files, and 4k this 2 tv boxs is a good idea? The videos will be in rclone mount.
I don’t wanna spend much more than the price of this 2.

I’ve got both, basically the same but the air has an extra USB Port and I think runs cooler than the max plus but both work fine.
