I tried doing a clean installation of 20251226. The filesystem gets created, but after the reboot the screen freezes on the CoreELEC Christmas splash screen.

I also tried updating from 20251224 to 20251226. It also freezes on the splash screen and does not boot.

Yes, some mariadb-c-connector issue:

/usr/lib/kodi/kodi.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmariadb.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Been using nightlies updating when it downloads, installs and reboots.

Tonight (Chicago time)

CoreELEC-Amlogic-no.aarch64-22.0-Piers_nightly_20251226-Generic.img.gz

Updated and when rebooting stayed at the CoreElec NO Christmas screen.

Downgraded to release and all is well.

IE: I was able to SFTP to build and install release to update directory.

I have Android TOX3. After updating CoreELEC-Amlogic-no.aarch64-22.0-Piers_nightly_20251226-Generic.img.gz and rebooting, the CoreElec NO screen remained.

I followed your istructions and put the file in the right place, but it doesn’t work the same.I tried also with a LG remote control that is shown but not paired.I’m using 24/12/2025 nightly.I don’t manage to connect to wifi (it doesn’t ask the password), only ethernet cable with usb hub.

My wifi is also not working.

I made a fresh install with latest nightly and problems remain:

  1. Wifi doesn’t request password so you can’t connect

  2. Bluetooth shows available devices, but doesn’t pair (even Xiaomi remote seen as controller)

  3. with my Lg OLED hdr movies are shown correctly, but with my projector no screen visible only audio playing.

I’ve just installed nightly 20251226 and I can confirm that now wifi works!Even association with Xiaomi remote control is finally gone well (center button requires an additional configuration posted in xiaomi 3rd gen post).For me remains hdr problem (no video) with my projector.
