EDID Override - Injecting a Dolby VSVDB Block

@DMDreview @philgaultier FYI @doppingkoala Looks like there is already a way to change the EDID in the Linux AMLogic implementation - based on some quick searching around. If I am correct the EDID is written to a file and can be overridden with what we want, so in theory if we have a basic LLDV Dolby VSVDB block I think we could add that to the file (probably need to also update a count somewhere in the EDID for the number of extensions etc. to make it consistent) and there is a reasonable ch…
