I am having a problem when playing the file below - Dolby Vision Mystery Box Profile 5.mp4 - the file plays but it has the magenta/green colors. Other P5 files plays correctly. Since this is a Dolby Vision example file I am surprise to have problems with it.
I am having the problem when playing it using Player-Led DV-LL. Can someone test and see if you are having the same problem. Thank you.

plays just fine (normal colors, proper DV) on my end (am6b+, LLDV). Iām using the latest CPM code (a bit post A9, but thereās nothing in those changes that should affect this specific case).

I encounter 3 problems with my new installation of Coreelec which are, in order of importance:
1/ On all my films I have a little sound lag, a lip synchronization problem. I am in passrought mode with all codecs enabledā¦
This happens with both the TV speakers and the soundbar.
2/ My DTS:X audio tracks do not work. I have sound but my soundbar does not recognize DTS:X and I have no sound on my surround speakers. It works when playing a bluray in DTS:X with my XsX so itās not a TV/soundbar problem. No problem with Atmos tracks
3/ After fast forwarding in a film my soundbar stops and no longer produces sound, I have to switch to TV speaker mode then soundbar
My equipment:
TV: LG G4
Soundbar: LG S95TR
Box: Ugoos Am6b+ with latest version of Coreelec on emmc, cpm A9 and estuary skin, hdmi 2.1
I searched for a solution to these problems for a long time but couldnāt find an answer.

I donāt have any of those issues with my LG G4 and the Sony HT-A9M2 (didnāt have the issues with the previous HT-A9 either) . If you havenĀ“t, enable the āBypassā option on the advanced audio options of the G4.
I read something about by disabling eARC on your Oled TV can be the solution here. On the other hand it could be a handshake issue, try testing with different HDMI 2.0b / 2.1 cables.
Last build is A10 cpm, it should include some sync improvements implemented by coreelec team.

I installed A10, and now skipping to next chapter hangs for mkv files with more than one video track. The player just sits there and no remote input will enable playback again. A9 works perfectly, so I suspect itās got something to do with the A/V sync changes. I donāt have many multi video track mkv files, so Iām currently debating whether to roll back to A9, which works, or demux the video tracks into their own separate files.
Has anyone else experience this?
Does this bug happen in CE nightly?
You first have to install CE 21.1.1 -ng nightly, and then update to cpm.A10. It works without problem on G1.
Just so I understand: Every time there is a CPM update I must do these 3 things?:
Why do I need to do step 1 above?
No if youāre already on a cpm, 21.1.1 nightly or stable version just throw it into update folder.
Tbh I thought you could directly flash a USB drive with cpm version but evidently you have to be on 21.1.1 first?
Update: I installed the latest CE nightly (20241118) and tested seeking / skipping chapters on my MKV files with more than one video track (one file has 4 video tracks). It worked!
I then installed CPM A10 (CE version 20241116, 2 days older) and the Estuary add-on. I tested first with VS10 disabled. It worked! I then changed settings to how I prefer (all formats routed through VS10). And it works!

cpm does not release his builds in .img format so you cannot use them to flash to USB.
I initially thought A10 was stable for me after reinstalling it, however after further testing, sometimes the screen will go black after rewinding / seeking (in Dolby Vision).
I decided to go back to A09, and itās stable again, no issues. Iāll stick with A09 for now.
I had issues also - not sure if same as your issues as my screen also goes black for a split second once I fast-forward or backward on the movie or if you are referring to the HDMI signal loss issues. I have been dealing with these a lot more frequent on the last A10 CPM build - had to revert back to A9 which were a lot less -but still present.
Had also a friend of mine reporting same issues with A9 signal loss, same TV but on his end the issue self-resolved after a bit. On my end the screen remained black and had to restart the box.
Momentary black screen on seek also happens on some media with the nightlies. I get it sometimes and donāt have the cpm build installed
@krazzer same as you - with A10 remained black and had to restart box. Back on A09 now and so far not had to restart box after seeking.
