I do a scan of the preset muxe and the exact frequency. Unfortunately SCAN RESULT - FAIL.
When scan so Tvheadend -
DVB-T Status - SNR 100% - Signal Strength 81%.
DVB-S same: SNR 0% - Signal Strength 100%

Yes, I definitely have DVB-T and S assigned to the correct networks. I try it both automatically during installation and manually the same.
DVB-T and others glow green and nothing.

Out of curiosity try disabling the dvb-s in tvh and scanning the dvb-t. There is a full spectrum scan option for dvb-t which is the one to use.

Yes, I’m trying too. Furthermore:
DVB-T antenna connected DVB-S disconnected and vice versa.
Now I have tried coreelec 9.2.3 still the same.
But I can see the boards scan FAIL.
Another power supply 12V 2.5A.
I have two, Mecool K-series internal DVB tuners work the same.
I install the VDR, DVB-T scan DVB-S does not find anything, it sees the board.

I give up. Tvheadend sees the record.
Unfortunately scan - FAIL.
I suspect:

  1. defective board
  2. bad supply voltage.
    3.3 in really 2.90
    5.0V really 4.81
    DVB-S scan is not possible at all.
    What will you recommend to me:
    Khadas VTV board
    or usb TBS5520SE?
    Is there anyone who operates the C4

Hi I use the TBS box with CoreELEC without any issue. Just need to use the Crazycat drivers. It’s runs both DVB-S and DVB-T but you can only run a single service at a time. I also use an Xbox DVB-T tuner so I can watch on 2 devices at the same time. One issue I had with the N2 was the USB 3 ports that didn’t work with the TBS box so I used a OTG adaptor in the front port and supplied power to the box via a powered USB hub.

Beware that the Xbox One USB DVB-T/T2 tuner is known to be problematic for some broadcasts. It’s very low cost, but not always a perfect solution.

my experience.

  • Mecool K-series internal DVB tuner
    non-functional on C4
  • Khadas VTV board not working on C4.
    Tvheadend always sees both scan boards FAIL.
    Involved
  • Xbox One USB DVB-T / T2 tuner
    immediately OK 52 services !!!

Are the 52 services DVB-T or DVB-T2? The Xbox One tuner appears to be more problematic for T2 than T.
