Please contact your vendor and ask for the DTS source, this is the only way.
Or you rework your decompiled DTB by yourself as it will take hours/days.

Alternatively, you can try to use the bootloader and p281 dts from the Android 9 branch. These are more or less compatible with your device…

You can compile it from the freely accessible sources (e.g. here). As a build base, just take p281. You can also use this test IMG (post #242) that I compiled for sumavision q5. DDR timing in this build is fully compatible with the timing of your stock u-boot.
