I feel like I have done all of these things, can you PLEASE just point me to what you think I am missing? I need help and posting a link to a whole heap of different things, all of which I believe I have done AND already addressed previously, obviously isn’t getting us anywhere fast.
Also, if you would if you would kindly answer my question about how it could be my equipment when it works on Android but not CE I feel that might help me find the issue quicker.

Well,my only guess is,if you have all audio pass-through settings enabled,you restarted your devices,still nothing,well,my TV has 2 different audio output settings,multichannel and multichannel pass-through,with multichannel setting enabled,it would pass-through only 5.1 multichannel PCM,also I noticed,when playing 5.1 channel pcm video sample,my TV would detect is as Dolby True HD, so probably your soundbar can’t decode Dolby True HD,it detects 5.1pcm as DT HD.In android SK4 can decode DT HD and output it as 5.1pcm.
It does all HD Audio formats and it works fine on the Homatics using CoreElec NG21 and NO 22 and also on this box on Android using Kodi 21.2.
So no, the soundbar isn’t the issue here.
Also,actually for me,it would be beneficial to avoid EARC connection,rather connect SK4 straight to receiver,I can have more options,I can play 7.1 channel flac and 7.1 PCM. Even on my TV it can’t pass-through 7.1PCM via EARC,but my receiver can’t accept HDR10+.
What is your soundbar model?

Did test again, with last nightly and SK4. All good.
It’s your cables!
AM6 have HDMI 2.0 interface, SK4 HDMI 2.1.
And with eARC you need HDMI 2.1 cables.
Had same issue with HDMI 2.0 cables, no sound.

I have now tried 5 cables; 3 I had already and 2 different brands I have bought brand new, which are 48gbps rated for HDMI 2.1 etc. and it has made no difference. It is not the cables.
If it is working your end on the SK4 then it must be something here, I get that, but as I said previously it works fine on the Android Kodi on this box and fine on the Homatics with 21 NG and 22 NO with all the same equipment etc. so it’s really confusing me. Would someone be able to have another look for me and see if you might be able to see anything else in the logs that could point to the issue? If you need me to provide new logs please just let me know.

@vpeter I made a fresh installation as suggested but have the same issues.
To recap, I have no problems with all the same equipment using the Homatics on CE NG 21 or NO 22, full audio passthrough works flawlessly. I can provide logs of this if required but I did send some previously. It has always been rock solid on NG for as long as that has been available and NO I have only tested briefly but found no issues.

Ugoos Android Kodi 21.2 > Soundbar > TV
Ugoos SK4 with CE NO latest nightly > Soundbar > TV
I tried both OS’s with old and new cables (certified for 48 gbp/s, use with HDMI 2.1 etc) and also tried all of the above options directly into the TV and then eArc back to the soundbar. All variables made no difference at all, the other configurations (Homatics or Android on this box) work perfectly but CE NO 22 has the problem.
If you would be as kind as to have a look and see if you could spot anything I would really appreciate it.
I’m sorry I can’t help, but can confirm all passthrough formats work perfectly on my SK4 and AVR, so it’s something specific to your set-up.
It probably doesn’t matter, but do you have the latest firmware installed?
Yeah, if it works for others I’m confident it’s something here. I just can’t figure it out.

A friend of mine has purchased the Ugoos SK4 Pro tu be used for CE NO and ask my help because he cannot find a micro sd port on the box. I also cannot. There are only a USB-C and USB2 ports.
Considering that USB will be used for a Gigabit lan adapter where should I install CE NO? Sorry for asking, can assure that I have read the entire section and cannot find this information or more: Thanks for your help:
Both the USB C and A ports will work for either storage or an ethernet adapter.
I just use the WiFi which is faster than a USB 2.0 limited ethernet adapter anyway.
