Thank you - not rude at all. I was asking because there were some posts above mentioning the posted one didn’t work. Thus just wanted to make sure the latest functional one it available

Ok, managed to install the latest nightly as well as the dovi.ko from 1st post and it’s working perfectly
But i’m unable to make the original Ugoos UR02 remote work. If anyone did it, please share the method, that would help. I also tried with an UR01 - it works for a few clicks then disables

UR02 works fine in IR mode for me, just add the correct remote.conf in your USB root remotes/AmRemote/Ugoos UR-02/remote.conf at master · CoreELEC/remotes · GitHub

And don’t pair the remote in the Bluetooth settings, I actually have Bluetooth disabled entirely in CE. But leave it paired in Android, works well for me.

Can someone confirm if dts ma pass through is working or just an issue on my end. My AV handles it while I was using the shield.

Does the SK4 have IR ? Ok, that’s certainly news for me.

LE : And it works actually very well. Very usable. The remote itself isn’t the greatest in its “default” state but it can be improved using keymap editor, of course

It sure does. The UR02 led flashes red in IR mode and blue in Bluetooth mode.

Ok, since everything is running smoothly on the latest nightly

Gotta ask, dual boot is possible for this box? Keeping it running off a stick, isn’t the best premise…

If yes, how to do Dual Boot (copying the CE to Nand / emmc) ? Similarly to Ugoos Amb6+?

If not - out of curiosity, why not?

I believe Android 14 broke eMMC installation so it doesn’t seem possible. No idea if this is something that can ever be resolved.

Both SK4 and SK4 Pro can play Dolby Vision profile 7 FEL with CE22

I am not sure why my post has been removed and you messaged my privately with me unable to respond. My TV and cable support the same HD audio over the same network using the Homatics box (log also sent) so how can you say that is the problem? Please can you help me understand.

Edit - also, the same box with the same cable connected to the same TV plays all hd audio codecs fine on Android Kodi 21.2.

How can it possible be the cable and TV that are the problem?

I’ll try to explain,since I have many Ugoos TV boxes,sometimes I hotswap them,to the same HDMI port and because of HDMI edid mistake,if I don’t reboot my TV(reset HDMI handshake) there can happen problems like no DV output,or instead of True HD I will get 2 channel PCM.So my point is,you would need to restart your TV,probably also your AV receiver.Unplug HDMI devices,reboot them,connect once again.Also select proper audio passthrough settings in CE,sometimes I forget to select pass-through device too.

@Portisch Here are 2 logs from the Ugoos. One is on the Android side using Kodi and the other on CE NO 22 nightly. The same files was played using the same cable > soundbar > TV and network set up, just the OS was changed.

No problems on the Android side:

DTSHD-MA and TrueHD via IEC61937 is supported :white_check_mark:

Firmware implements TrueHD RAW :white_check_mark:

AudioTrack (IEC) → m_streamTypes: includes TRUEHD :white_check_mark:

On CE I had the same issues as I mentioned before.

Surely if the all the same equipment is able to function properly on Android that means the issue is on the CE side? I am really trying my best here to diagnose the problem, it has taken me a long time already and I am not trying to waste your time. Please explain it to me like I am a child if I am missing something.
