Nothing changed, the output needs to be selected in the audio menu in Kodi.
It might work initially after a reboot, but after any changes from PCM to passthrough, one of them won’t work anymore.
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’m only using PCM, so there is a change it will work?
On my 905x box it’s working fine, but I’m aware things are not the same among different boxes.
If you don’t use passthrough at all, it might work, but it’s not guaranteed.
You should select the audio output device you want to use.
Actually works the wake up function via hdmi cec?
i dont think so… the bring always new Boxes… and for best allround i need S922X with DVB-S2 in one chassis
When i turn on my TV, GT King dosnt boot up. Is this normal ?
Yes it’s a problem with the bootloader you can look at @Portisch posts on inject_bl301 to solve this issue.
Firmware GTKing B922 version DDR4 V904P0

Does Coreelec support Dolby Vision format?
A simple search has the answer to this question.
Just a happy user saying thanks
Hello everyone just installed it works great. How I can boot to coreelec ?It keeps booting in Android.Thnx in advance.
Thanks brother
Hello
I read this forum but did not find the answer to my question.
During a first installation, how do I know which dtb file to install?
As I had problems booting on the micro sd card, I tried with the second file rev_a and which managed to start.
So I do not know if I installed CoreElec with the right file for my GT King?
And if it’s not good, is it possible to go back on its error without having to reinstall everything?
The serial number under my GT King starts with B922HQKG …
The serial number in Kodi is different and starts with 290A40000…
If your Serial starts with 290A, that means it’s a rev A chip.
OK thanks.
As I do a french tuto, If someone use the bad one, is it possible to reinstall the good one by putting it in update directory for exemple ?
Because the problem is that you can see the serial number only when you are in kodi so when you have already installed CoreELEC !
I don’t think I understand.
If you use the regular DTB and it doesn’t boot or it crashes, then you can simply replace the DTB on the SD card. The same way you placed it when you did a clean install. Just delete dtb.img and copy the correct DTB file into root and rename it back to dtb.img.
So we have no solution to know first which one is the good one for our box ?
Only trying install one of both and if it doesn’t work, trying the other ?
You can use this command in Android terminal also to check.
Thanks boot2K3,
I already read that but don’t know how and where to write that in Android.
